Nestled in the heart of Montalcino’s rolling hills, the renovation of this historic farmhouse, meticulously crafted by Studio Feri Associati, showcases a seamless blend of modernity and local tradition. With a contemporary, minimal aesthetic that honors the local architecture, the property has been transformed into a modern, welcoming residence enriched by the skilled use of natural, local materials.The building spans two floors. On the ground floor, the living area features travertine stone flooring, which adds a robust, natural touch to the space. Upstairs, in the sleeping quarters, the ambiance is made cozier with hand-planed oak parquet flooring.

The custom kitchen, crafted with reclaimed wood and travertine, incorporates brass details for a refined touch, creating a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. In the master bedroom, a wrought-iron canopy bed and a large custom wardrobe add character, blending functionality with a unique contemporary look.This farmhouse now stands as a testament to how traditional Tuscan materials can be reinvented within a contemporary framework. Studio Feri Associati has created a stylish retreat that harmonizes with the natural surroundings, offering a unique blend of modern aesthetics and local craftsmanship.
